The US Nations pageant series originally began in Milan, Italy. This unique pageant is aimed towards building the careers of its titleholders in the various entertainment fields. As titleholders and participants of Miss Carnaval US Nation have the privilege to model for upscale fashion designers in runway events, charity events, and television appearances. Miss Carnaval US Nation is held in several parts of the United States. Pageants for contestants residing in the United States begin at a local level, advance to state and then to nationals.
